The staff, especially the housekeeping manager Kevin, were welcoming and pleasant. The location is convenient with a "full-service" restaurant on the premises and close to Connecticut, shopping areas, restaurants, and banks. It's easy to travel to Middletown from here.

The hotel's position was awesome and marvellous, to Middletown from here. Everyone from the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and fairly quiet with a nice view, the bedroom, fridge, I felt comfortable there.

Possibly the best and nice stay with our road trip. Lots of options for breakfast including eggs and bacon. The pool area is nice too. The quick check-in process too. Marvellous and decent location, 27 minutes drive from the airport. Amazing restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Employees were pleasant and happily acceeded to my demand that they close a door to the outdoors, which made it rather cold in the bar area.

The room for our event was very cold and we had to ask that the heat be turned on. I had checked out the room an hour ahead, so there was enough time.

Staff is over-the-top friendly and A+ on professional customer service. Rooms are good.

My only complaint is that the WiFi drops and kicks you off a lot, particularly in certain rooms. Certain nights I couldn't get on. When it does work, you have to continually re-authenticate all the time; constantly re-entering the password.

We got great value for our money with a clean room and a lovely view of the nearby terrain. The hotel's location was quiet and away from the highway. The staff at the hotel were excellent and treated us with friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was if there were more variety available.

Loved the pool and exercise room, and Latin night downstairs in the restaurant was wonderful and so was the food!!!

Unfortunately we had very loud vulgar neighbors. Can't control that, but the hotel took care if immediately.

The beds are super comfortable, the shower hot, towels plentiful, ultra clean, and pricing terrific.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Meriden. The hotel was easy to get to, located in the Westport area, making it convenient to explore nearby Middletown. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with two beds and a nice view of the wooded area. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the rate, making it convenient to start the day.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine
